  • Processing times may extend during high order volumes.

Order and Shipping Confirmations:

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation notification as soon as your order is placed!
  • A shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent when ILASHCARTEL ships your order.
  • If confirmation emails aren’t in your inbox, check your Junk/Spam mail.

Shipping Information:

  • Delivery times vary by location.
  • Orders are mailed daily before 5 pm.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours after shipment.
  • Use your tracking number for the latest delivery updates.
  • ILASHCARTEL is not liable for carrier-related shipping delays.

Accurate Order Information:

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.
  • ILASHCARTEL cannot update incorrect addresses or change order details once placed. Verify details before submitting your order.
  • Correction Policy: We’re happy to make any changes on your behalf if notified promptly before order fulfillment.
  • Refunds are not available for returns due to incorrect addresses or failed deliveries. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

International Orders:

  • International packages may incur additional fees and import taxes per your country’s regulations.
  • ILASHCARTEL is not responsible for these fees or charges required for package release or delivery.

Damaged Products in Transit:

  • While damage is rare, ILASHCARTEL is not liable for any cracked or damaged lash trays/products during shipping.
  • For damaged products, please contact us so we can file a claim with the courier on your behalf.

Package Delivery:

  • ILASHCARTEL is not responsible for packages marked as delivered or those lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.
  • ILASHCARTEL is also not liable for packages lost in transit.
